Printing is a joyous creative process which rewards with a design that has been through hands-on carving, mixing of inks that are rolled out onto the lino, before peeling back the pressed paper to reveal the product of your hard work. I enjoy how my initial ideas evolve through each stage and feel passionate about sharing this wonderful process.

Lino print offers beautifully crafted artwork which has been lovingly made by hand that you can enjoy in your home. Each individual and unique piece having been slowly and thoughtfully made means something to me and hopefully enjoyed by others.

I created May Road Studio in 2023 in response to years of devoting myself to being a mother and a period of not working but being a stay at home mother following covid. I needed to release my creative energy through making artwork for myself again. I studied Fine Art at university and then went on to be creative in my career but it wasn’t until now that I have felt the confidence and drive to take my artwork further.

The workshops I provide, are not only an outlet to share my love of printing but it is also a much needed social element for me. It is great meeting new people and seeing their beautiful designs come to life. To many it is a much needed moment out from busy lives to produce wonderful creations to be proud of.
